Prenatal and Birth Support Packages

All of my prenatal and birth support packages include the following: one thirty-minute consultation; two prenatal visits lasting approximately sixty to ninety minutes each; a printed birth preferences sheet to share with your care providers; one one-hour postpartum check-in visit; and unlimited text, email and/or phone support from 38-42 weeks gestation.

Birth Preparation—$300

Preparation is for people who would like help planning and preparing for the birth that they want, but do not want in-person support at the birth itself. I will meet with you a total of three times prior to the birth to help you prepare for the birth you want, and will come for a postpartum check-in within two weeks after the birth.

Postpartum Support Services

Postpartum visits typically last three to four hours each. Postpartum support looks different for every family depending on their needs. Postpartum support often includes, but isn’t limited to: educating new parents on newborn care, babywearing, infant feeding basics, newborn sleep basics, and more; practical tasks like light housework, meal planning and preparation, or doing laundry; doing baby care tasks such as bathing, changing diapers, putting down for a nap, feeding, or just holding the baby so that the parents can rest, recharge, or spend time focusing on siblings; educating the birthing person and any support people about the physical recovery from birth, including warning signs for medical complications; or assisting with the emotional and mental recovery from pregnancy and birth and the transition to new parenthood (or parenthood again).

Regular postpartum visits take place between the hours of 9am and 6pm. If you’re interested in care outside these hours, please contact me so we can discuss whether I can support your needs.
